I’m a Pega Business Analyst at Valcon and live in Amsterdam. I help teams turn complex processes into workable platform solutions: listening hard, shaping requirements, and staying close to how people actually use the system. I previously worked as a Pega developer (Certified System Architect) on the Instituut Mijnbouwschade Groningen (IMG) project before moving into the Business Analyst role on the same project. Alongside consulting, I design and build clear landing pages for small businesses, using AI in the workflow without losing judgment, craft, or stakeholder focus.
