I work at the intersection of process platforms and people, and I’m actively exploring how AI can sharpen business analysis and digital delivery.
I’m a Pega Business Analyst at Valcon, where I help teams turn complex processes into workable platform solutions. Day to day that means listening hard, shaping requirements, and staying close to how people actually use the system.
I’m especially interested in how AI can act as a copilot for business analysis and delivery, speeding up the mechanical work so more attention goes to judgment, stakeholders, and outcomes that hold up in production.
Alongside consulting, I build clear landingpages for small businesses (with AI in the workflow). This site is part of that craft: editorial, intentional, and meant to show how I think.

Moved into the Pega Business Analyst role on the same account, where I still work today: translating stakeholder needs into case and process solutions teams can own.
